Dragons exist. They’re ferocious. And they’re smart: Before they were killed off by slayer-knights, they rendered a select group of eggs dormant, so their offspring would survive. Only a handful of people know about this, let alone believe it – these “Slayers” are descended from the original knights, and are now a diverse group of teens that includes Tori, a smart but spoiled senator’s daughter who didn’t sign up to save the world.
The dragon eggs have fallen into the wrong hands. The Slayers must work together to stop the eggs from hatching. They will fight; they will fall in love. But will they survive?
I must say, I am controversial about this cover. For one thing, is that a dragon rocket? Looking at a picture of the cover, I don't like it. BUT...when holding the cover in my hands I must say it's quite pretty. It's shiny, and golden, and the dragon rocket even looks good!
I give this cover a 4/5 and the book a 5/5, so over all, if you judge this book by it's cover (at least from my view), your going to get even more than you bargained for:)

I agree I'm not in LOVE wih this cover either, but the online image looks so different than the real version. The physical copy I got was darker, it wasn't as blue. I like my copy better than the online pic :)
P.S. I think; I'm just guessing here, that that is supposed to be an egg or something and we're seeing the baby dragon inside (partially). lol :p
It does look a bit like an egg with a dragon inside. But I don't really like this cover and I haven't had the pleasure of seeing it in real life :)
